Title: Mainframe Programmer
Location: Clemson, SC
100% Remote (Candidate must reside in Continental US & work EST hours)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension).

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and modify applications in Mainframe environments.
- Perform coding changes using MVS COBOL and CA-ADS programs.
- Work with IDMS Network Database and IDMS Relational Database applications.
- Analyze technical and design specifications to implement system enhancements.
- Debug, unit test, and perform integration testing for application changes.
- Support QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and external testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support existing Medicaid systems.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, operations, and contracted teams.
- Participate in rotational on-call support activities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Mainframe development experience
- 10+ years of MVS COBOL programming experience
- 10+ years of IDMS database experience
- 10+ years of CA-ADS development experience
- 5+ years of JCL experience
- Experience with production support, debugging, testing, and system enhancements
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
- High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in computer system development and modification.
