Resumes and candidate credentials are made available solely to verified Recruiters and Bench Sales professionals strictly for employment matching, job placement, and professional networking purposes housed directly within Jobarrea.

All registered employers, recruiters, and bench sales partners agree not to discriminate against any job applicant or consultant based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under North American federal, state, or provincial laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Recruiter and Bench Sales accounts are strictly required to use official corporate domain email addresses; free public webmail providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) are restricted to ensure platform security and professional integrity across North America.
