Duration: 1 Year 

    We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician with 1–3 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
• Windows 10/11 support
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams)
• Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks)
• Hardware setup, imaging, and software installation
• Basic SCCM/Intune knowledge is a plus
• Printer, scanner, docking station, and peripheral support
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Good communication skills
